01. AAICE引领中美教育互动新篇章
作为此次活动的主要组织方，AAICE在前期策划、师资遴选、行程对接与执行等方面发挥了主导作用，不仅确保活动内容紧扣美国本土教学需求，更以专业、细致的服务赢得了与会教师的一致好评。AAICE执行长黄丽娟（Lisa Huang Healy）在开班式致辞中表示：“语言是文明的桥梁，教师是桥梁的筑造者。你们的工作非常伟大，相信老师们可以学到创新的探索教学方法， 感受到中文的魅力与中华文化的博大精深， 让这次学习经历成为终生难忘的美好记忆。
此次研修不仅提升了参训教师的教学理论与实践能力，更强化了AAICE“中文教育+文化体验+中美对话”三位一体的专业培训体系，成为AAICE“知与行”系列研修项目的又一里程碑。
02.理论结合实践，打造“知行合一”研修模式
研修课程围绕“语言、文化、技术”三大维度，融合“核心课程+特色课程+实践课程+文化体验”四大模块。AAICE执行长黄丽娟（Lisa Huang Healy）以《专业能力驱动下的美国本土中文教师发展路径》为题，聚焦国际中文教育的新趋势，精准回应美国中文教师在日常教学中所面临的实际挑战，为教师们提供了切实可行的发展方向与方法。AAICE副会长罗赵文萃教授则以《美国本土中文教学案例分析与点评》为主题，通过剖析生动详实的教学案例，让与会教师对课堂情境与教学策略有了更直观、具体的感受与启发。AAICE科技主任陈真秀带来《美国本土中文教学单元设计方案研发》专题分享，从理念到方法，深入探讨了如何结合本土化需求进行教学单元的设计与创新，为教师们提供了宝贵的实践指南。理论引领：山东大学国际教育学院马晓乐以《基于专业能力的文化点选取与教学》为主题授课，引发现场热烈讨论。教学实操：围绕语音、词汇教学、教学法改革与AI教学工具等专题进行技能训练，输出丰富的教学成果。文化体验：从诗词吟诵课堂、非遗项目、现代企业参访，从即墨古城到山大博物馆和文化体验馆，沉浸在古文化文物及习俗传承中，让中文教学与中华文化同频共振。协同创作：中美教师联合开展教学设计工作坊，推动文化内容的课堂重构与跨文化教学力提升。
03. 文化研学，让教学灵感自然生发
在黑虎泉和大明湖的参访中，学员们深入体会"泉城"的文化底蕴。喷涌的泉水不仅是自然奇观，更成为生动的教学素材；湖光山色间，古典诗词的意境变得触手可及。啤酒博物馆的工业记忆，五四广场的时代精神，北九水的自然诗意，为学员们呈现了多元立体的当代中国图景。这些鲜活的场景，都将转化为未来课堂中的文化教学案例。 AAICE创新设计的"观察-记录-转化"研学模式，让每位教师在参访中持续思考：如何将这些文化体验转化为有效的教学资源？随行的教研团队即时给予专业指导，确保研学成果落地课堂。
此次研学共收集200+份原生态文化素材（影像、实物、音频），完成17个文化主题教学方案设计 ，建立了"中美文化教学案例共享库"的雏形。
"这些实地体验让我们对中国文化的理解不再停留在书本上。"一位老师反馈说。AAICE执行长黄丽娟指出："这种沉浸式文化研学实现了三个突破：1. 打破课堂边界，让教学素材"活"起来 2. 深化文化理解，让教师成为"有故事"的教育者 3. 促进中美教育者共同构建文化教学新范式" 当文化地标成为教学资源，当城市漫步转化为教育思考，这场齐鲁研学之旅的意义已远超行程本身。AAICE将继续携手山东大学，开发更多"行走的课堂"，让中文教育在文化浸润中焕发新的活力。
04.推动未来，深化中美中文教育合作
在为期两周的培训中，AAICE与山大联合打造的课程设置灵活多元，既有系统讲授，也有互动工作坊，充分考虑了美方教师的实际教学背景与成长需求。美方教师不仅观摩了中国本土课堂教学，还与青岛实验学校的师生进行了面对面的深度交流，对中华文化教学的本土化路径有了更直观的理解与感悟。
此外，教师们还亲身走进能源汽车充电设备制造商TELD特来电等中国知名企业，感受中国科技发展脉动，增强跨文化比较与再创造能力。多名教师表示，此次研修不仅提升了自己的教学方法与课程设计能力，更在心中种下了深化中美教育合作的种子。
本次研修班在内容设计、课程安排、文化交流、师资保障等方面，获得参训教师的一致好评。来自塞班岛的金素英老师称赞道：“此次课程不仅专业系统，更提供了丰富的课堂互动案例，开拓了教学新视野。感谢AAICE与山大团队的精心安排！”AAICE副会长罗赵文萃表示：“山东大学与AAICE的紧密协作体现了教育交流中‘知行合一’的理念，教师们将在回国后将这些所见所学融入教学，形成持续影响。”

2025年6月30日-7月13日，教学时间为2周共60课时，学员可通过本项目选择进修研究生课程，总共可以取得6学分。第三周可选择自费参加当地文化考察。
课程内容主要包括以下主题：
1.人工智能赋能中文教学：探索AI技术如何革新语言学习，让您的课堂更具科技感。包括“有效借力AI的教学实践”“人工智能时代的差异化教学”“国际中文教育大数据应用”等专题讲座。
2. 齐鲁文化深度体验：触摸历史，感受当下。包括“齐鲁文化考察”、“当代中国调查与创新实践”、“内容、语言和文化融合的教学”等专题内容
3. 中文教学理论与实践：学习了解最新的教学理论，帮助学生掌握教学实践技巧。包括 “真实语料的使用原则和实例”、“以真实语料为主的主题式教学单元设计”、“以提升语用能力为目标的多种评量方式”、“目标语教学与可理解输入的教学技巧”等专题讲座与教学工作坊。
4. 标准体系下的课程设计：关注国际中文教育标准指导下的课程设计能力提升，协助中文教师开展教学工作。 “基于标准体系的教学设计”、“三种沟通模式活动的设计与实践”、“主题式教学的设计与应用”等专题讲座与教学工作坊。
From June 30 to July 13, 2025, this program offers a two-week intensive teaching schedule, totaling 60 class hours. Participants can choose to enroll in graduate-level courses through this program and earn up to 6 academic credits. Additionally, there is an optional third week for self-funded cultural exploration activities in the local area.

Upon successful completion of the program and fulfillment of all course requirements, including the submission of a training summary, participants will be awarded a Micro-Professional Certificate for Graduate Studies and an official transcript in both Chinese and English by the School of International Education, Shandong University.
